About the Post: Welcome

The Ithaca Post is an online magazine that publishes astute critique, analysis, features, and reviews of art, entertainment and culture in Ithaca and around central New York.

We aim to get people out of the virtual living rooms of their social networking cyber groups and into the actual living spaces of Ithaca: our art galleries, music venues, theaters, restaurants, bars, bookstores, farms, markets, and parks.

By viewing the work of Ithaca’s artists, farmers, intellectuals, musicians, families, and writers in broader social contexts, we hope to position Ithaca to have a dialogue with, and contribute our unique perspective to, the world-at-large.
